Emergency Maintenance Situations
For out of hours emergencies only, please contact a contractor of your choice and confirm your emergency call out the next working day to our maintenance department on 0131 558 3323. Re-imbursement will then be offered to tenants on provision of a relevant receipt.
Should the call out not be deemed an emergency then the out of hours portion of any charge will not be re-imbursed.
