HMO LICENSING

All properties operating under the terms of an HMO License (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) require additional management practices to ensure the licensing regulations are met at all times.

DJ Alexander outsource the management responsibility for administering all aspects of this licensing for properties within our portfolio. A small annual fee is charged by HMO Scotland who will then ensure applications are made and renewed, visits are coordinated with the council, necessary upgrades are made and all certificates and regulations are adhered to.
