DJ Alexander operate four main departments involved in property management with each department being responsible for the various stages in the rental and management of every property within our portfolio.
A bespoke property management software package contains and controls all information relating to each property and is fundamental to the success of our business. Around 25 members of staff are employed to look after every aspect of the management process all aiming to maximise returns for our landlords whilst ensuring that our tenants receive and exceptional level of service throughout their rental experience.

Our lettings department focus on ensuring that all properties are let as quickly as possible whilst always adhering to our strict, tenant selection process.
The accounts department collect and process all rental payments and ensure all maintenance work is paid for recording every transaction so a full audit trail is retrievable at any point.
DJ Alexander have excellent ties with numerous contractors ensuring our responsiveness to any Maintenance problems reported to us is second to none.
Working along side the maintenance department is our check out department who are responsible for inspecting every property at the end of each lease.
