We are looking for enthusiastic Maintenance Co-ordinators to work in our fast-paced office in Easter Road, Edinburgh. Reporting to the Property Maintenance Manager the overall purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day property administration. You will ensure that properties are maintained effectively, build relations with tenants and landlords and portray a positive professional image of the company in your activities. Applicants should be proficient multitaskers, organized and have strong people skills.
