We require a candidate who has residential property management experience, with excellent organisational, administration and interpersonal skills to work within an existing focused and driven team. 

The main function of this role is to assist in the end of tenancy dilapidation negotiation process to ensure that all landlord and tenant requirements are met and resolved to a satisfactory conclusion.  There is a need to manage and deal with different levels of conflict resolution and prioritise a demanding workload.  You must take instruction well and be able to work independently to get on with various tasks efficiently and professionally.

We are now recruiting for an enthusiastic and professional Property Manager to be based from our Edinburgh office.

This challenging role will put you on the front line, managing a range of property management tasks including viewings, inventories, inspections and checkouts, with no two days the same!

Experience Requirements:-

We are looking for a property manager with at least one years’ experience working within property lettings, with knowledge of the different areas of Edinburgh.  Alternatively, someone with a strong sales background within a target driven environment will be considered for the role.  The ideal candidate should be a highly effective negotiator, with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background and have great attention to detail.

A full driving licence is required.

The Role

To ensure our clients’ properties receive maximum marketing exposure, we must offer a flexible and highly attentive service to all prospective buyers. It is essential any enquirers can visit properties at times that best suit them, which means being available in the evenings and at weekends. To do this, we are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate sales person to work evenings and weekends to help prospective buyers find their ideal home or perfect investment. This will involve meeting at properties in a variety of locations for pre-arranged appointments to ensure we promote and sell all the attributes of every property.

  • Accompanying prospective buyers to properties
  • Promote each property’s positive attributes
  • Providing detailed feedback on viewers’ reactions and innovatively overcoming any objections they may have during viewings
  • Promote attractions within the area around each property

What you will need
