About Trinity

The ever popular area of Trinity lies approximately two miles north of Princes Street. There are a number of local shops on South Trinity Road and further amenities including banks and shops at the junction of Ferry Road and Inverleith Row. A choice of supermarket shopping is available at Ferry Road, Newhaven, Stockbridge and Broughton. The area is convenient for a number of public and private schools at both junior and second level, namely Fettes College and The Edinburgh Academy being the closest, with St. George’s School for girls, Stewart’s Melville and The Mary Erskine School all within a relatively short drive away.

Nearby recreation facilities include bowling and tennis clubs at Lomond Park. There is also easy access to The Royal Botanic Garden, Inverleith Park and walks along the Firth of Forth. David Lloyd health club at Newhaven offers a range of multiple sporting facilities. There is also a selection of restaurants at Newhaven Harbour and even more choice at Ocean Terminal. The no. 23 bus operates regular services from Lomond Park to the city centre, and there are easy road routes to the east and west via Ferry Road.
