Our accounts department collect and process all rental payments using an automated electronic banking system and ensure late payments are kept to an absolute minimum. All trade work invoices are settled on behalf of our clients and accounted for on their monthly income statement.
Our property maintenance department identify the most reliable and efficient contractors from the local community and monitor their performance on an ongoing basis. We can tackle all repairs, alterations and improvements associated with properties at every level in the market, regardless of the scale. All issues reported to us by our tenants are dealt with proficiently and professionally to ensure tenants are kept happy and landlords are not exposed to unnecessary charges.
